Return / Refund Policy


Returns

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Sidesplashes and backsplashes are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and placed back inside its box with all the original protective packaging (including pallet for large items).
  • To initiate a return, please send us an email at ecomm@avanity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A receipt or proof of purchase, and an order number is required.
  • For small packages, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • For large items, returns will be coordinated through a third-party freight carrier. The product must be secured on a pallet for pickup. If you no longer have the original pallet, please let us know.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds may be denied or partially granted in the following cases:

  • Products not in perfect condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons that are not caused by us or our carrier.
  • Return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
  • All sidesplashes and backsplashes are non-refundable.

Invalid Contact Information

Oversized items such as vanities, linen cabinets, and some vanity tops are shipped with a third party freight carrier. For these shipments, an appointment must be made before they can be successfully delivered, so accurate and reachable contact information is required. If a customer cannot be reached with the contact information you provided, the following will apply:

  • The carrier and our customer service team will make several attempts to obtain an alternative phone number or better contact information from the customer.
  • If we do not hear back within a reasonable time, the order will be automatically cancelled, returned, and refunded. All return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


Delivery Refusal

If the customer refuses to accept the shipment for any reason other than visible damage or a shipping error due to our fault, the order will be automatically cancelled, returned, and refunded. All return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
