RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge additional restocking fees for returns due to buyer’s remorse.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ecomm@avanity.com to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. A receipt or proof of purchase and the original protective packaging are required.


Shipping

To return your product, we’ll provide a return address based on your location.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if you require a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

* No refunds will be offered for all side-splashes and back-splashes (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank — there may be processing delays.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at ecomm@avanity.com.


Exchanges

If you need a replacement for the same item or a spare part, email us at ecomm@avanity.com.
