Shipping Location and Services

At Avanity, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers in California and beyond. Our shipping policy outlines the details regarding shipping times, costs, and procedures to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Shipping Areas

  • We provide free shipping for all online orders within the continental US.
  • We do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • LTL Freight:  All large size orders will be shipped via a LTL Freight Carrier with curbside delivery.
    • Large items such as vanities and linen cabinets require an appointment to be made before they can be successfully delivered, so accurate and reachable contact information is essential. A 25% restocking fee will apply if the order is undeliverable and returned due to invalid contact information provided by the customer.
    • LTL shipments will be stored at a local terminal until a delivery appointment is scheduled. If the shipment remains beyond the allotted time, storage fees will begin to accumulate. When applicable, the customer must pay these fees before the shipment is released for delivery.
  • Small Parcel: All small and regular size orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground which are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location and current demand.
  • Expedited Shipping: Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time. However, please add a note on your order that this is a rush order and our team will do our best to prioritize the order for you. 

Shipping Costs

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders.  

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.
