EUT30VW-BS Volakas White Engineered Stone Backsplash

I installed a double vanity for a friend who purchased it at Lowes, made by your company Avanity. Has a 3" backsplash, which is fine, but no side splashes. Called your company to see if you could make a couple side splashes for me, at whatever cost. You said you couldn't accommodate me. So I tell your associate model number, invoice number, whatever and ask to order 2 - 30" backsplashes made for a single vanity of the same model number or invoice number. Well we receive one backsplash a day apart from the other, and wouldn't you know, it was 4" and not 3", WTF. Other comes the next day and of course it's the same. Can't even get into what the lady did that I gave the order to, meaning she didn't send the order out right. Will never order anything from you again.

I realized there was a mistake with the shipping address after placing my order, I emailed my concern and it was fixed immediately, Thank you Avanity!!
