04.28.25 - I am updating my review to express my gratitude to the Avanity Team for assisting in troubleshooting our delayed items. After initially posting my review and reaching out to the Avanity team, they helped me understand the reasons behind the shipping delays for our order and worked to resolve the delivery issue. They and their delivery partner communicated with me today, and if everything goes as planned, our order should arrive by next week.
I appreciate their solution-focused approach to getting our order to us. Although there were challenges with their delivery partner, both parties took ownership of finding solutions. Once our order arrives this weekend—or if there are any changes, and I’m informed of those—I will upgrade my star rating to five. While unforeseen challenges can arise, it’s commendable how everyone chose to address them in a client-focused manner. Kudos to your team, Avanity!
04.27.25 - We are still waiting on delivery of our items. We placed an order for 3 pieces in this collection on April 5 - they still have not been delivered. No updates or communication in delay to expected delivery date of 4/17 - 4//22. Does anyone know where our order is or when we can expect to receive it? Using the tracking function we were provided, it appears our order has been dormant somewhere in California since 4/14.
